AETHERIA RAN Online Classic (PC and the Android app “AETHERIA RAN Online”) uses one game account. You can ask for it to be deleted here.
What is deleted
- Your account (user name, password hash, e-mail) and every character on it, with their items, gold and E-Points.
- Your character pictures and any club mark you uploaded.
- Your Club Voice Chat link to Discord.
What may be kept
- Records needed to enforce a ban on a cheating account (its device ID) and payment records the law requires us to keep.
Requests are handled by staff within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone, and E-Points or items are not refunded.
Log in with your game account to send the request (only the account’s owner can ask for it).
