Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your user name, your password (stored only as a hash), and an e-mail address if you give one (for password resets).
• Game data: your characters, items, gold, E-Points, purchases in the Item Shop, chat messages and game activity, kept on our game server so the game works and so staff can handle reports and cheating.
• Connection data: your IP address and the approximate country it belongs to, for security, anti-cheat and server statistics.
• Device identifier: an anonymous hardware ID of the device the game runs on, used only to block cheaters and banned players.
• Pictures you upload: a character picture or a club mark. These are shown to other players and on the website rankings.
• Crash reports: when the game crashes it may send a log with your game version and a random install ID (no personal data).
• Discord (optional): if you use Club Voice Chat, your Discord user ID is used to give you your club’s voice channel role.

How we use it

• To run your account and characters, and keep your progress.
• To keep the game fair: anti-cheat, bans, and handling player reports.
• To answer support requests and send password reset e-mails.
• To show your public profile parts (character name, level, picture) to other players and on the rankings.

What we share

• We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.
• Discord receives your Discord ID only if you link it for Club Voice Chat.
• Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes connection data (like any website host).
• Purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google under Google’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Account and game data are kept while your account exists. Connection logs and crash reports are kept up to 90 days. When your account is deleted, its characters, items, pictures and e-mail are removed within 30 days; records needed to enforce bans (the device ID of a banned player) may be kept.

Deleting your account

You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time on the account deletion page.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 made an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Passwords are stored only as hashes, staff tools need two-factor sign-in, and the database is not reachable from the internet.
